Opening concert

Invitation for the Opening Gala, compiled from Verdi’s, Puccini’s and Catalani’s arias and overtures, accepted world opera stars. Due to serious health complications Chinese soprano Guanqun Yu had been forced to step down as soloist of the concert. She will be replaced by American soprano Adina Aaron, who is considered one of the most gifted young sopranos to have emerged in the last few years. The second soloist of the concert will be winner of Plácido Domingo‘s World Opera Competition „Operalia“ 2012, the  Mongolian baritone Amartuvshin. Don’t miss an extraordinary evening with two opera world stars!
